I fixed the problem. I had to turn off ” Block animation module” option in the OTTER – Page Builder plugin. I deactivated all the plugins then started each one, one by one until the problem returned and once OTTER was turn back on the problem returned, so i knew it was with that plugin. The support team with the theme i’m using mentioned to me about turning off animation within their theme but it was already so I thought to turn it off in the plugin and it worked.
