Hello,
i had the same problem.
For me this did a trick:
– Go to next gen other options settings
– Go to light box effects
– For “What effect would you like to use?” choose LIGHTBOX, for “What must the lightbox be applied to?” choose ONLY APPLAY TO NEX GEN IMAGES
