I tried opening a ticket on your support page, but you page is buggy as well. Connecting with Envato failed, so I registered manually and tried to verify license with purchase code, but when submitting form I got 502 bad gateway errors and now I can’t even load up your support page.
Following up on this. The issue above may be causing another issue I have, and that is the ability to import role based pricing using WP All Import for variable products. Has this been tested to work? If this is a pro plugin issue, let me know and I will raise this through the pro plugin’s support process.
I am using the pro as well. Versions:
free 2.8
pro 3.5If I update free to 3.1, the role based pricing options disappear from WP All Import.
Confirmed that it must be a conflict on our side, either custom code or other plugins. Marking as resolved.
