  • Hi Rob,

While I unfortunately can’t shed any light on the situation, I just wanted to let you know that you are not the only one with this exact error, also from fasthosts. I have tried contacting their support about it and they have basically refused to do anything. They also claim there’s nothing wrong with their speeds which I disagree with. They’re advice to me on that was ‘pay for a more expensive package’. I am planning to ditch them soon as they seem to be nothing but problems.

    Hi,

I’m wanting to do the same thing as lutzcreativegroup, and have followed your advice above; however, when I click the image it briefly brings up the lightbox and says ‘the image could not be loaded’ and then will load the linked page a second or so later.

Is there a way to completely turn off the lightbox for one specific gallery? (as I’m using multiple robogalleries across my site, most of which I want the lightbox to work. This one is a homepage gallery that links out to the rest of the site).

Thanks, but I’ve already tried everything listed in that thread.

As I mentioned, it’s definitely not storage space. I literally have over 9gb of space left. And the only other real suggestion in that thread is to unpack and repack the zip. Again, not the issue as this is me internally trying to update from the wordpress interface. Because of who this website is for, I’m not exactly keen on explaining to them how ftp works in order for them to keep it updated (not that that appears to work any way, as I mentioned in my first post…).

Any more suggestions would be great.
