Hello @iarinadasdi
Sorry for the delayed reply.
Neither of the sites is using automatic translation. On both sites, the form field labels were translated manually through the String Translation interface.
However, on one of the sites, the translated field labels are not being reflected in the {all_non_empty_fields} placeholder used in the autoresponder email.
Hello @iarinadasdi
Thank you for your reply.
To clarify, user-inputted content (such as names, email addresses, and form field values filled in by the visitor) is not being translated.
What is being translated is the form field labels included in the {all_non_empty_fields} output. On the site where it works, the translations saved in String Translation → Regular are applied perfectly to those labels.
Since the visitor submits the form while browsing the translated version of the site, I believe it is expected that the autoresponder email should include the translated field labels for the selected language. The problem is that on the other site this does not happen (the field labels are not translated). That’s why I would like to know what configuration is needed to make this behavior consistent.
Regarding the static text in the email notifications: I have customized those sentences and I include both the original language and the translated language in the email. There are no translations for that static text in the Regular tab, so TranslatePress is not applying translations to it.
Hello @iarinadasdi
Thank you for your reply.
To clarify, I have two WordPress sites on the same server. On one site, TranslatePress translations are applied to Forminator notifications, but on the other site they are not.
On the site where TranslatePress works correctly, the content generated by the {all_non_empty_fields} tag is perfectly translated using the translations registered in String Translation → Regular.
However, on the other site, the translations registered in the Regular tab are not applied at all.
Do you have any idea what kind of configuration difference could cause this behavior?
