All good questions/suggestions. The problem is, I’m not 100% sure on any of this. I know that it came as-is when I activated the theme. I did not add it in after the fact. And I have gone through all the plugins I can find, but I don’t find anything about this specifically. Any other way I can backtrack to where it’s located in WordPress? I tried highlighting it in live view (as the page will jump to these sections based on what plugin you hover over in the sidebar), but that didn’t work either. And support from the OG creators is unfortunately non-existent.

I’ve actually moved away from blocks, so that wouldn’t be an option for me unfortunately. But I do appreciate the suggestion. Would be nice if there was a simply plugin or widget that with settings that said “if content is XYZ, include this message only.” Then select top or bottom of page. That would be the easiest to edit.
