Issue is resolved now, Suman M from tech support ran the test I suggested and mailed me an updated version of Hotfix 8.0.1
This does not have a conflict with any IOS devices, so all good now.

Follow-on from last message.
Cleared cache on ISP server etc. with no effect.
Created a new WordPress hosted site and installed a fresh QSM plugin (only)
Created a simple 3 question quiz which was OK until I limited the number of questions to load, then error message appears and Apple hardware does not complete quiz.
Likewise for changing options to random questions. When selected error appears.
Your changelog (8.0.1) displays “Fixed issues while using random questions with question limit”
What does it fix ?

Already have 8.0.1 installed. Cleared cache on iPad and the same issue, 0% correct answers.
I a not sure you understand the issue. Apple hardware returns this result as both a value for “Limited Attempts” are set along with “Random Questions and Answers” BUT your software displays 2 warning messages, as follows;
This quiz has the “How many questions should be loaded for quiz?” option enabled. The pages below will not be used while that option is enabled. To turn off, go to the “Options” tab and set that option to 0.
This quiz has the “Are the questions random?” option enabled. The pages below will not be used while that option is enabled. To turn off, go to the “Options” tab and set that option to “No”.
IF you use a PC, it ignores these new warnings and completes the quiz, BUT if you use and Apple device (Mac, iPad) it always returns 0% score.
(I expect Apple has higher security levels so will not ignore warnings)
What I need from you is which settings need changed in the quiz in order to use these two features.

From the plugin this appears to be the only route to support.Can you please read my first reply of June 17th and advise what settings need changed following your ver 8.0 update, as the plugin has been working ok for a few years prior.

Sorry, first time on your forum, but you will see my concern from my post, that’s why I used a test site which will be deleted when issue resolved.
Perhaps you could clarify what Sumit requires as a “quiz link” as what I provided is the only way he can experience the issue?
Do you want me to remove credentials from site now?, how can Sumit contact me privately for new login?

I have looked at the php file and these lines refer to begining and end of a section to Cycle through each page in quiz then Calculate Total Percent Score And Average Points. Only If Total Questions Doesn’t Equal Zero. To Avoid Division By Zero Error
The quiz page now shows 2 error messages warning the page will not be loaded with ‘how many questions should be loaded’ and ‘are questions random’
This quiz has run OK for years with a value of 30 (out of 65) questions loading and being displayed randomly – only now does it fail with Apple devices, but not PC for some reason.
I have confirmed this by changing ‘Limit number of Questions’ to ‘0’ and’Random Questions’ to ‘Disabled’ and it works with Apple iPad – however the customer need it to operate as before (30 questions, at random)
Obviously programing has changed and another approach may be required to achieve this setup – can you advise please
