Yes, to generate working player with active onclick event you need to execute ly.te() once again when popup is opened (when its content is already visible).

Btw: I think “Visual Event” plugin would be helpful in diagnosis of this case.
To decrease loading time and reduce number of requests I recommend Gonzales plugin. It conditionally removes useless CSS/JS so after proper configuration overall page size will be more lightweight and faster.
First of all you should think whether you need these CSS/JS or not. if you think they are useless you can dequeue them in function file or use Gonzales pluginin case you don’t feel certain in modifying PHP files.
