A follow-up question if you don’t mind:
- All the answers now are in one line, even if I explicitly say it in instruction “Create new space and new line for each sentence”
- The hyperlink is in white text as others, and I wonder if I can change the color to yellow

Hey Max, the auto notification works well. I wonder if we can customize the title of the notification? Now the default title is “Chat Transcript – Session mxchat_c”, which isn’t very intuitive.

Thanks for the quick response! Yeah agree the “bonus ask” is a tricky problem. In our case, 99% of customers complete the chat within 5 mins, so adding an automated email feature in Form Collection with 5 mins callback will solve all our problems (maybe we can make that callback time period a configurable param too).
Would this be hard to implement? If yes, sending an automated email immediately after the user enter the WA number or email, along with chat history up to that point, will be good enough. Dedup is great to have but not a blocker.

So I noticed that the current title is too long on mobile and get truncated. As a result, the sales team sometimes treats it a random WordPress update emails, and miss inquiries multiple times.
Not a super high priority feature, but would definitely good to have. For now I can remind the sales manually if there’s a miss.

it doesn’t work on my side unfortunately. For example, “price for dough mixer” only has similarity score 72.85%, while “info for dough mixer” has score 70.72%. Both score are very closed


Yes. Unfortunately the threshold score from similarity tester is too volatile. For example, queries like “price for model TT-A” and “info of model TT-A” have very similar threshold score, and we only want to trigger the form for the 1st case. Having a “trigger only for certain phases” feature would solve this issue.
Solved this issue by lowering similarity threshold to 65%. Really amazing product!!
ah I see, thanks for the lightspeed response! For issue#1, I clicked on the URL you shared, and it indeed says the balance is -$0.02. Just reloaded and Chatbot back to live!
For issue #2, let me get back to you if I find anything. It’s not a blocker as I can always view the samples from Pinecone UI.
