I checked within my settings and with the help of this video tried to find the setting you mentioned.
I don’t have this option in my general settings tab. (I don’t have any Bluehost options on my WP backend that I can tell.) I’ve also been searching on my Bluehost Cpanel and cannot find any option regarding a Coming Soon page.
Would you suggest contacting Bluehost either way? I have spoken with Bluehost twice yesterday to empty my cache and about the plugin not working. They did not mention the possibility of their coming soon page being in the way. Also, I would expect their Coming Soon page to show and not my regular pages.
Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks again!

Thank you for your reply.
The homepage for instance did not show the maintenance page https://www.foldingguides.com/.Some product pages and the shopping cart page did show it, but most did not.
Currently it is not set to maintenance mode as this is a live site with traffic. Yesterday, I was doing some tests for future maintenance that would take one or two days and wanted to make sure the maintenance page showed correctly.
Please let me know if there is any other information I can give you that might be helpful.
