I found out that I have, on one of my managed sites, a NF form actually sending FB CAPI server events. Both websites on Siteground hosting, on PHP 7.4.30. One is sending server events, the other not. So I think PHP 8+ is not the point unfortunately.
I guess I will compare the two environments trying to find what’s making the difference. I have news I’ll come back.
