Thank you for sharing the info.
In my case, after deactivating the Breeze plugin, this issue was resolved.
In my case, charts were displayed on admin preview but were not from viewers.

This plugin is required to use GreenMart Theme, and for no other purpose.
Today, I can reproduced when I logged in as Vendor Admin to WC Product Vendor. And the warning message keep displaying even if I switch from one screen to another.
