It looks like that the plugin version is not compatible with the current WC Version. Furthermore, this warning message is not new:

You may have to do an upgrade of the plugin first.

Hi Ewout,
Courier works fine to me, the difference between Courier New is minor and it’s good enought for the moment. I was just wondering about the non rendered placeholder {{PAGE_COUNT}}. If it’s not supported by design the reason why is clear now. I spent a bit time for that and searched any type errors…
