I’ll re-enable JS and try to change the php version and see if it works.
@buzztone, The constant spinning happens with all other plugins disabled. So I reckon it is not a plugin issue but rather a theme issue. Will restore JS and see if the php version helps. Thanks.
Found this article http://tutorialfaq.com/infinite-spinning-arrow-in-contact-form-7-plugin/ and disabled JS in CF7 and it worked! It now sends and loads the success message properly. Thanks again!

Looks like it’s my WP theme conflicting.
Switched to a default theme and then disabled all plugins except CF7 like you suggested. Then I tested it and it worked!
I then switched back to my theme with all plugins still disabled and tested, spinning arrow, but it delivered…
