I updated permalinks and still the same. Address gallery looks like this: mysite.com/work/?album=1&gallery=1 Is it correct?

I haven’t Checkout Manager but you directed me the right way:) I had in functions.php hook unset field email, I deleted this and now it’s works! Many thanks for your help:)
