After some debugging, doesn’t seem to be related to the version.
I get a 404 when and only when the post has only numbers in its permalink ( http://www.site.com/index.php/065355/ ). In that case the ‘is_singular’ wp fonction returns “false”, and the post status is not replaced in sp_posts_fields_request().
