And I´ve found a solution now for displaying the events list correctly, see here.
I´ve simply changed the text for “places” to “Fully booked” and I´m not displaying the available places anymore.

many thanks for your fast respsonse, I´ve changed the “publish time” now for the events (19th of January) but the order is still messed up. I´ve noticed that it´s only a problem with the 11.30 dates o´clock arrangements.
Is there a workaround for hiding the fully booked events? E.g. mark them in another color?

many thanks for the update, I can´t use the GDPR section as this is already in use for the GDPR and it´s not recommended to use this also for the terms and conditions.
I will take option 1 then and add an extra link to the email pointing to the terms and conditons page.

sorry that was my fault, found that setting before but I thought it was not working as the fonts were still loading.
But it was another plugin causing the google fonts to load.
