I was checking the transaction log and noticed that a lot of transactions from Paypal have now gone through. So are the IPN delayed at times? That might have been my issue!
I have asked host – Cloudways – and they said nothing is being blocked.
So I’m not sure what is wrong or how to troubleshoot?
