Form worked okay for me. I can’t replicate your issue. However, knowing that the SPAM filter works off of a required email addresss is interesting. This also happened a couple of weeks ago where Cleantalk completely gets bypassed. It happened on this form: https://missioninsuranceagency.com/request-proof-of-insurance/ and that form does have a required email address.

Thank you for the quick reply. The emails were all sent through the form on the website. I manually marked them as SPAM in the cleantalk plugin. We’ll try the anticrawler and anti flood settings. Thanks.
I think I’ve actually found it based on your help. Looks like there were some old theme files that were not deleted when we deleted the theme in WordPress. I’ve accesssed them though PHPMyAdmin and deleted them. I’ll reach back out if I need anything, but certainly appreciate your assistance. Especially since in the end it wasn’t your fault! Thank you!
Cleantalk is approving these sends. Is there a way to have your plugin see these and stop them? They’re clearly nonsense emails being sent but not from our forms, looks like maybe WordPress itself.
Here are some records and how the IPs are requesting them:

Hello. We had the same error produce in Search Console: “Parsing error: Missing ‘}’ or object member name.” For us, it identified the “}” as the culprit, not the comma.
