How do I create a support ticket?!
Correction: I’ve updated to Learnpress version 4.1.4 not 4.0
Thanks.

Thanks.
I switched to WordPress theme TwentyTwentyOne and the problem still exists.
Please explain how I will know if my database is updated – there are no notifications telling me about this on my WP backend…
All plugins are up to date.
I am using Thimpress Coaching theme.

Update: seems the ‘LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration’ plugin got deactivated. However, when I try to activate it I get the following three error messages and it won’t activate:
– LearnPress Woo Payment addon version 3.1.9 requires LearnPress version 3.0.1 or higher is installed and activated.
– LearnPress version 4.1.3.1 require learnpress-woo-payment-2 version 4.0.0 or higher
-learnpress-woo-payment-2 add-on version 3.2.0 requires LearnPress version or higher | Can addon invalid key Require_LP_VersionThese don’t really make sense to me: I have Learnpress 4.1.3.1 installed. What’s the problem?
This problem now seems to be fixed – I have no idea how! Maybe it just needed a good night sleep!
Also having this problem. This is not something I can wait for you to fix in the next update – currently none of my students can log in or access the courses they have paid for. I have a lot of angry clients!
Hi @augustus09 – do you have any other suggestions for this?
Trying again to get a response on this. Is there a way to input the code that would effect the change I require through the customiser dashboard of my theme? I do not know how to ‘add code to the function.php of child theme’.
I’d really like to make this simple adjustment to the LP profile page to create a more efficient experience for my users.
Thanks,
Libby
That’s fixed it! Thank you.
Great, that has done the job. Thank you!
That code has not been added (by me or anyone else). It does not appear in the Custom CSS editor. Other suggestions?
