Thanks for the detailed explanation.
Just to clear things up: our plugin does not use the meet.jit.si domain to run meetings, so rooms won’t match there even if the name is the same. To join the same meeting on another device, please use and share the meeting URL from your website (the page where the meeting is embedded).
Using meet.jit.si will create a separate room on a different server.
In example, the moderator starts the meeting using Flex Meeting plugin from the website, and others join using the same page URL. it won’t work with meet.jit.si because our plugin uses a different server, so it creates a separate room.
Hi,
We’ve just tested this on our side. We created a webinar room, joined first as the moderator, and then had another user join using the exact same room name and it worked as expected via meet.jit.si. – View
To clarify your questions:
- We do not add any hidden characters to the room name.
- The room name should work exactly as created, as long as all participants use the same name or shared meeting link.
- Our free version does not use Jitsi servers(meet.jit.si), because embedding meet.jit.si is only meant for demo purposes, so this call will disconnect in 5 minutes.-View. The plugin uses other public Jitsi domains instead.
If the issue persists, could you please share the exact room name (including meeting url)? That will help us investigate further.
Thanks so much for the kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this.
Your feedback helped us identify the issue quickly, and we’re glad we could ship a fix without delay.
If you have a chance to test the latest version again, we’d love to hear how it feels now in your workflow and whether the improvements address what you were running into earlier. Any additional thoughts or experiences you’re willing to share would be super helpful for us and for other users as well.
Thanks again for working with us and helping make the plugin better!
Thanks for your patience. We’re happy to share that this issue has been fixed and a new version has been released.
With the latest update, bulk imports using the WooCommerce default importer or any third-party import plugin will no longer affect your site speed. FlexStock now handles imports efficiently without slowing down the admin or frontend.
Please update to the latest version and let us know if you notice anything unexpected. We’re always here to help.
Hi,
Good news – you can fix this quickly with a simple setting change (steps below).
We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced. We’ve reproduced the issue and are already improving this flow, so you won’t need a workaround for long.
What’s happening behind the scenes:
When FlexStock is active in Real-Time Live Sync mode, it can trigger the Google Sheets API for each product update. During bulk imports, the importer may end up waiting for Google API calls per item, which can slow down the import and sometimes cause timeouts. You might also notice the admin or frontend feels slower during that import window.Quick fix (works right now):
- Before starting the import, switch FlexStock sync mode to Schedule Auto Sync (set any interval you prefer).
- Run your bulk import.
- After the import finishes, you can switch back to Real-Time Live Sync mode– or keep “Schedule Live Sync” if that works better for your store.
Easy!
What we’re doing next:
We’re working to improve this flow so bulk imports stay fast even when FlexStock is active in Real-Time Auto Sync. This will ensure your imports and site speed remain smooth, while syncing continues to work exactly the way you want.Hi,
Sorry you’re experiencing this issue! To make WP Dark Mode work properly with FoxyFy CDN, please try excluding the following files from CDN optimization:
CSS Exclude:
wp-dark-mode/assets/css/frontend.min.cssJS Excludes:
wp-dark-mode/assets/js/frontend.min.js
wp-dark-mode/assets/js/dark-mode.min.js
wp-dark-mode/assets/js/social-share.min.jsIf it still doesn’t work, could you please share a short video or screenshot showing what happens with FoxyFy CDN and WP Dark Mode? This will help us understand the issue better and assist you accordingly.
Thanks!
To understand it better, could you please share how you’d like this to work on the Google Sheet? For example, would you prefer products to be grouped by category in separate sections, sorted automatically, or filtered dynamically?
A screenshot or short video would really help us understand your preference better.
The IDs follow an ascending order, but they work differently for simple products versus variable products with variations.
How it works: Main products (both Simple and Variable) follow one ascending sequence. When a Variable product appears, its variations are inserted as a group with their own ascending IDs, then the main product sequence continues.
Example: Think of it like a book: The chapters (main products) are numbered 1, 2, 3, but chapter 2 might have pages 45-52 (variations) before you get to chapter 3.
Thanks for your understanding! Thanks for the detailed explanation. We understand how frustrating this can be when you’re trying to keep calculations stable in Google Sheets.
At the moment, we don’t have an option to manually rearrange rows or sort products in a custom order in the Google Sheet. Products are synced automatically in ascending order by Product ID.Currently, sorting or grouping products by category isn’t supported.
Also, the image you shared isn’t opening on our end. If possible, please re-share it or describe your preferred layout so we can better understand your use case.
Thank you for your understanding.
Thanks for sharing the video and bringing it to our attention. We’ll release a fix for it very soon.

Hi,
We’ve reviewed the AppScript code and it’s working as expected. The sync issue is most likely related to a site timeout rather than any specific feature. A quick check with your hosting provider regarding timeout limits should help, and the sync is expected to complete successfully afterward.
Also, “Use separate rows to show multiple products of an order” is a premium feature. As per forum guidelines, support for commercial products isn’t permitted here. For assistance with the premium version, please contact us through our official support channel.
Yes! You can easily rearrange any column in your Google Sheet by simply dragging and dropping it to your desired position.
You can try enabling “Exclude WP Dark Mode from Caching.” This excludes WP Dark Mode from server-side caching.
Glad to hear that disabling lazy load for background images in WP Rocket fixed the issue. This likely points to a caching or optimization conflict.

Thanks for your understanding!Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience. This may be due to differences in caching and CSS optimization between logged-in and logged-out users with WP Rocket. To investigate this properly, could you please share:
- The affected page URL
- Where exactly the background images are missing (section/element)
This will allow us to check the issue on the frontend and suggest the correct fix or compatibility setting.
