We’ve tested the EchoRewards tab on several WordPress websites, and it’s working correctly. We weren’t able to reproduce the issue on our end. This appears to be related to your server settings rather than the plugin itself.
A 403 Forbidden error usually indicates that something on your server is blocking access to the page. This could be due to file permissions, a security rule, or restrictions set by your hosting provider.
We recommend reviewing your server logs or contacting your host to identify what might be causing the block.Once you’ve checked, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further if needed.
Hi,
It seems this issue may be related to your server or firewall settings. Could you please review your firewall configuration to ensure that access to our site is not being blocked? Sometimes certain security rules or IP restrictions can trigger a 403 error.
Could you please try accessing the page using a different network or a VPN? Clearing your browser cache might also help. Please let us know if the issue persists so we can assist you further.
Hi,
When a user sends a referral via email, it’s delivered to the referred person’s email address. Could you please confirm which email isn’t being received?
We checked the URL you shared but couldn’t find any email invitation form in the Refer & Earn section. Kindly ensure your site’s email setup is working correctly. If possible, please share a screenshot or any error you’re seeing — this will help us look into the issue further.
Thank you!

Hi,
Thanks for bringing it to our attention! It seems to be a bug, and we’re working on a fix. As soon as the fix is released, we’ll notify you.
In the meantime, if duplicate entries appear, no need to reconnect the plugin — just use the “Fetch Order From WooCommerce” option under Order Sync in your Google Sheet tab to refresh and sync your data correctly.
Thank you for your understanding and patience!
Thank you for sharing the details. Could you clarify how you noticed the stock data wasn’t updating—was it when updating a product in WooCommerce or after completing an order that the stock didn’t reflect correctly?
Also, after clicking the “Change Setup” button and going through the process, did you save and run the Apps Script and ensure the trigger is set to “on edit”? After this, is everything working fine or are you still experiencing the issue?
Please note that, according to forum guidelines, support for commercial/premium plugin features is not permitted here. To get support for the premium version plugin, kindly contact us through our official support channel.
Hi,
We checked your website and noticed that you are currently using the “Dracula Dark Mode“ plugin, which is different from our plugin. Our plugin is “WP Dark Mode“.
If you are experiencing any issues with WP Dark Mode, please feel free to create a new topic, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Hi,
At the moment, the plugin doesn’t have an option to restrict referral links to a specific user role such as contributor. We’ve taken note of your request, and this may be considered for a future update. If this feature becomes available, we’ll be sure to include it in the release notes so you’ll be notified.
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the price updates.
It seems the issue might be related to the Apps Script editor or the trigger configuration. Could you please check the following:
Apps Script Code & Trigger Setup: Make sure the required script code is correctly added to the Apps Script editor, and that the “onEdit” trigger is properly created in your connected Google Sheet with all necessary permissions.
Additionally, let us know what exactly happens when you update a price. Are you seeing any error messages when you try to update prices in the Google Sheet? If so, please share the exact error details with us. This will help us identify and resolve the issue more effectively.
Thank you!
Hi,
The issue you’re experiencing—where the archive process remains stuck at 0%—is most likely happening because the PDO extension is not enabled on your server. This extension is required for database operations, and without it, the archive feature cannot function properly.
Suggested Fix:
- If you’re using cPanel:
Navigate to Select PHP Version > Extensions and ensure bothpdoandpdo_mysqlare enabled. - For other server setups:
You may need to install or enable the extension manually. For example: bashCopyEditsudo apt-get install php-pdo(Please adjust the command based on your OS and PHP version.) - After enabling the extension, don’t forget to restart your web server to apply the changes.
For more details, please check the documentation.
