I deleted the Checkout templates folder inside plugin “Germanized for WooCommerce” at [plugins/woocommerce-germanized/templates/checkout]
But it did not solve the problem. Only turning off the plugin solves the problem.

I figured that another plugin “Germanized for WooCommerce” was causing this trouble. When I disabled that plugin, the checkout page restored to original layout.
But I want to keep that plugin, it must be the template files in “Germanized for WooCommerce” interfering with the defaults. Should I delete its template files for checkout page? Would that have any side effects?
