I have the same question about blocking users. I did what you suggested but when I look at the blocked user list is shows that it blocks the user and not the IP
How do I block the IP? because if I block just the user then I am blocking all user names they are attempting with the same IP attached to each.

I am having the same problem. Did you get this resolved? I am searching the internet for a solution on how to block the IP from within Surcuri but can only block the user. So if they try multiple logins with different users I am blocking both the user and the IP. I want to block the IP.

I am working through this same error and was optimistic that this would work. But the above steps did not work for me. I tried to GoDaddy support and they had absolutely nothing to offer.
Anyone else have some possible solutions
