Hi @bsokic,
The Oracle site that I am trying to put the widget into is a Jive site.
It lets you build a page and within sections (widgets) on the page you can enter script code. I have inserted this in the specific place I want it to appear.<script class=”ai1ec-widget-placeholder” data-widget=”ai1ec_agenda_widget” data-events_seek_type=”events”>
(function(){var d=document,s=d.createElement(‘script’),
i=’ai1ec-script’;if(d.getElementById(i))return;s.async=1;
s.id=i;s.src=’http://nyoug.org/?ai1ec_js_widget’;
d.getElementsByTagName(‘head’)[0].appendChild(s);})();
</script>I used a script my twitter feed on the same page. That is working on the left side, first column. You will not see the code for that in the source either.
Hi @bsokic,
Yes, that is correct. I have my WordPress site which is nyoug.org.
I wanted to have out nyoug.org calendar via the widget appear on this site https://community.oracle.com/groups/new-york-oracle-user-groupIf you look at https://community.oracle.com/groups/new-york-oracle-user-group you will see in the middle column a heading named Upcoming events which is blank. That is where the widget is supposed to be.
Hi Shane,
I tried what you are suggesting and was getting the same result.
This problem has been resolved now though. I started looking at plugins I had and “Page Columnist” was active but I was no longer using.
When I deactivated this plug in (“Page Columnist”), my emails started looking as expected again.Page Columnist has not been updated/tested for the WordPress 4.7.4 and this problem started happening after I updated WordPress.
Thank you,
TomHi Shane,
I am using VFB version Version 2.9.2 on WordPress 4.7.4.
It does occur on new forms as well as existing forms.Tom
