Got it. Message sent. Thanks Kush – I really appreciate it.
Ok, went to that link but it appears I need an account to contact you, which I don’t have. I also don’t see an option to create an account which, I’m assuming, I only get once I purchase a Plan??
I do see the email: [email protected]. Did you want me to use this instead?
Sorry. Done.
Okey dokey, here’s the link to the screen grab:

Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. I’ve LOVE to upgrade Feedzy as I see some features that would be cool to have but until I get this working, I’m not sure about the upgrade just yet.
However, I do have a screen cast of this issue. How can I upload that to you guys to check out?
Hi – just wondering if there is there still support for this plugin?
Screen shot is here: http://static.competitionx.com/uploads/2016/12/wordfence-screenshot.jpg
Besides myself, there are only 2 other people that have logins, neither of which use the site more than once a month. It’s all me.
Ok, I turned on Live Traffic and set the “How does Wordfence get IPs” to the top, default setting. I opened another tab in Firefox and logged in; it caught that and displayed it. I opened up Chrome and went to the page; no log of that.
I changed the “How does…” to “Use the Cloudflare…” setting since I’m using CF, went over to Chrome and clicked around the site a few times. No logs.
Finally, I changed the “How does…” to “Use PHP’s built in…” setting, loaded up Chrome and clicked around again…no logs.
I am, however, seeing other real-time activity coming from other sources, so it is working, just not on my sites I guess.
Any other ideas?
UPDATE: so this apparently only seems to be an issue with my url.com, not my http://www.url.com. I can access the site (as can others, with my http://www.url.com address. Might make it easier to track down the problem.
My thoughts exactly, but it keeps giving me this error. So, I guess no other ideas.
Must be a Bing thing.
Ok, so I can see it showing up in the Google Webmaster Tools – it updates frequently and shows my Web Pages Submitted and Web Pages indexed. It’s working fine.
In Bing, however, I do the same thing and instead it comes up with Status: Failed with the following error message:
Download of the sitemap or feed failed
We encountered an issue when we tried to download this sitemap. Please check the sitemap for errors and resubmit the sitemap.
Any ideas?
Well, that’s what I thought, however as a test I deleted the sitemaps off of both Google and Bing. I then removed the two sitemap files from my server. I went back into AIOSEO and set the plugin to dynamically create the files, then checked both the Google and Bing Webmaster tools for sitemap files.
There are none there; “No sitemaps found for this site.”. This is where I’m confused. The plugin does say that it has submitted one to both search engines, but how can I verify that (or check the Pages Submitted/Paged Indexed fields?
Thanks for the help.
At this time I feel a bug report would be a little bit of wasted time, especially since all it needs to do is display a lightbox. I find it hard to believe that no one else has reported this bug since 1.9.13…especially after the past 10 1-star reviews (and who knows how many prior to that; I didn’t look any farther that the first page).
I appreciate the effort you’ve put into it (I’m sure it’s not a walk in the park), but I think it’s time to move on. I don’t need all the frills this plugin has acquired (I don’t use many of them anyway).
