I’m having the same issue of not receiving email for my post published yesterday on halfempty4now.com
I used to use FeedBurner for subscriptions, am still subscribed, and did receive that email. But no sign of the email from the Jetpack subscription.

I’m using an IP address for the hostname, so there shouldn’t be anything to resolve.
Any other ideas?
