Thank you very much for your response and no worries at all! I think I figured out what the issue is. The original link I was using was from my local development site, which I was using to test code before I pushed the changes. When you said the link wasn’t working for you, I went to re-create the page on my live site and when I did so, the pop-ups are working now! So I suspect that it might be my local development environment that caused the issues.
