In reply to: Post EditorIt was the TinyMCE. I had it, but must have inadvertently deleted it. I installed Ultimate TinyMCE and now see a plethora of options! Many more than I had before the issue. I will have to look through the settings, but this did fix the issue. I have one other related question-in the font settings, why can I only see the 8-10 fonts listed? Shouldn’t I be able to see all of my fonts on my computer? I want to be able to use a wide variety of fonts on my pages. Thank you again for your wonderful help!

In reply to: Options in Page EditorNothing when I hover. There are two buttons, one says Media, the other Add Contact Form. I thought basic tools like bold, italics, underline, etc. were the norm/standard. I guess I could have deleted a plugin for it without realizing it, but I sure don’t remember doing. Thanks for any help!

In reply to: Dashboard Looks DifferentAs I went back and looked, it appears that I had NexGen installed, but not active. I was using the Genesis Responsive Slider for featured images. So, I’ll just delete NexGen for now. Thanks for you help.

In reply to: Dashboard Looks DifferentMP6, Yes! That was it. Once I started reactivating plugins and saw the NexGen slideshow plugin, I thought I remembered reading somewhere, that was the problem. I don’t know if it makes any difference that I have WP updated before activating it; if the problem before, was WP trying to update with NexGen already active, but I’ll give it a try. Thanks so much!

In reply to: Update to 3.6 crashed my siteThank you Esmi. I managed to rename my plugin folder to plugins.old (went by info in the link you provided) and regain access to the site, sans plugins. To “re-load all the files and folders from a fresh download”, do I do that from the WP dashboard? How do I delete old copies of the files and folders without losing accessibility to the site? When I finally do get it updated to the fresh WP version, do I then go back and change the plugins name back to “plugins”?
I know, I have “dumb newbie” written all over me. Thanks!

In reply to: Resizing ImagesI’ve uploaded an image that is 2900 x 2940 and then one that was 4900 x 4940 and it still isn’t getting any larger. Does it have to do with the page margins? I don’t see why it would b/c I can put text to the side of the image, which fills the entire page across. Anything else I could try? Thanks.
