I will add that the issue seems theme based as when the templates are taken off the page, the gallery works as needed. However, this was only an issue after updating the plugin.

I m also having the same issue. I have done what you have suggested and installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin and the test email has sent through but the submission still does not come through. can you help?

Correction, it shows up on my desktop, but no where else. I have done hard reloads and it still shows up. Any solutions?
