Okay, the search box mysteriously disappeared while I was off messing with other parts of the site, and the portfolio seems to be working all right. Now the only problem is that the second element of my sidebar has moved from right to center and the third elements has gone all the way to the left, but I suppose I can live with that for a while until I get it figured out.
