I had the same issue and this worked for me:
From the frontend optimization tab in the plugin settings, deactivate both “Minify the HTML Output” and “Minify JavaScript Files”.
No all picks should load and woocommerce filters should work.
When a new maintenance release of the plugin is released hopefully these issues will be corrected.
