FYI, I downgraded my production site to 32.0.20 and the add to cart now works.
So you can observe this issue, here is my staging site, which is running 32.0.22

I also am having this issue, even when upgraded to 32.0.22.
It appear to only be with items that include a text input field.
I have the same problem, I am a e-commerce store if that matters.
I thought the plug in would prevent new users from actually logging in until approved.
