    Ahh I see. Thank you for the reply. I thought that the dropdown for “choose platform” implied that I had to select a theme and plugin. Thanks!

    Thank you for looking into that.

    I tried disabling gravity forms and resubmitting, but I’m still getting the error. I was also using an old plugin called gravity forms CSS styler, but I deleted that as well because I thought that might be causing the issue.

    Any suggestions on what I should try now? I also tried deleting and resubmitting the sitemap.

    I do use WP Rocket for chaching, but all woocommerce pages are excluded by default.

    The rates do seem to be working fine on the test, both logged in and out. The thing is, I only receive the error message after an order goes through. So The orders are working, but there’s one corresponding error per order.

    Hey there, thanks for your help.

    It is possible that could just be something in the backend. Although, I don’t think it’s due to the details not being entered, as it’s now happening on every order.

    I had the same issue when I first got the plugin, but I can’t remember what solved it. I believe it was just an update.

    Orders seem to be going through just fine, so it isn’t a huge issue. I just hope there isn’t something we aren’t catching that is causing us to lose sales.

    For some reason, I’m still getting the error for the page sitemap within the index.

    Any suggestion on what I should do? I already resubmitted after deleting the separate page sitemap.
