- Webhook is connected properly
- Pixel Manager is now disabled for further test.
- Here’s the system response for more info.
- Here’s what it said for both of your previous attempts:
“Stripe SCA authentication failed. Reason: The latest payment attempt of this PaymentIntent has failed or been canceled, and the attached payment method has been removed. You can try confirming again with a new payment method. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.“
Here’s what was said for failed customers’ attempt:
“Stripe SCA authentication failed. Reason: The provided PaymentMethod has failed authentication. You can provide payment_method_data or a new PaymentMethod to attempt to fulfill this PaymentIntent again. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”

I’ve changed a checkout flow to direct-to-checkout page (skipping cart) as well now to match some of previous customers checkout flow, may you please try and see if you still get the 3DS prompt?

Here’s what you asked

2. https://pastebin.com/3rjQNWMS- We’re using Stripe Elements via this plugin, so on-site.
- So far we only notice Chrome users that encountered this error (We don’t have many MacOS visitors).
- We haven’t personally tried using our own card as I read that testing your own card is quite a forbidden rule for payment processors. The errors come from actual customers.
- Test mode seem to return 3DS window just fine.
