The update is affecting the formatting of my images and text directly under it in each of my posts. After deactivating the plugin, the original formatting has returned.
Actually, it will not send a message to my personal Gmail either if I set it as the admin email.
I just downloaded this plugin today and have a similar issue as jimhadfield:
It will not send a message to my business email address supported by Google Apps, but will send the confirmation message to my personal email address supported by Gmail.
I have checked spam, filters, etc.
