I now changed the above lines, hope this helps.I did a test purchase last week and it has not been registered yet (4 days ago now). I have seen around 80 clicks on itunes links but no sales since I joined the program in july so I don´t think it´s the delay causing it.

I’m using 6.3.2 (Latest version as far as I can see) and WP 3.6I’m using it on my live site, and after many clicks over several weeks have had zero sales registered.
Allso iTunes Link Maker produces links with “clkuk.tradedoubler”, not “clk.tradedoubler” as your plugin. Could this be the european version?
I allso tried to change clk to clkuk in app-store-functions.php, but did not see any effect from it.
