Ok, the plugin is more complete than i thought. I thought that I had to create the capabilities.
I do not believe have seen this in the documentation, perhaps that I make a mistake.

because i was testing some plugins to manage role.
I don’t know what plugin I have used to create the role! is it really important?
Is it something to check in the database or in a file to have the capability to access to the admin site for tmy custom role?
