then I was unflaged and it’s working fine.

Hi @tograczyk,

I just added Flat Rate into Thialand free shipping… but still not appear on cart checkout calculation page 🙁

for 2, here is my General setting on WooCommerce

My Shipping condition have only 2 condition
1. for free shipping in country

2. for other zone always charged 2100 THB for all country per package.
