Thank you for your quick response.
The confirm, I have set up an email account for apple itunes and successfully linked it up. I did find the Google Play options in the advanced settings. Thank you for pointing there.
This is the documentation I found for getting listed on Spotify:

However when I click the link I get a page saying I’m not hosting my podcast on Blubrry.
When I submit my podcast feed to get listed on Spotify I never get a verification code to the email linked on the blog/itunes/google play section.
