I’ve just added the line:
.qtranxs_flag_ua {background-image: url(http://alau.org.ua/wp-content/plugins/qtranslate-x/flags/ua.png); background-repeat: no-repeat;}
to the section in Settings, you’ve pointed me to and it worked!
