Thanks again. I read all that you suggested before I posted my questions. That’s why I asked for a video, because the wording was still not clear to me.
I think I’m going to ultimately have to use a staging plugin as your plugin will only show me ‘how’ a site will look. Correct? No changes allowed. So your plugin will be useful, I guess, to make the decision as to whether or not a theme will initially work.

I am not certain what exactly your plugin does other than display how a new theme will look on the various pages of your site.
Also, I assume I can install another theme to look at that may not be in your list of themes.
I read somewhere that you can make changes in the customizer. Are those changes live or do you actually have to activate the plugin for them to be live?

Nevermind. I found someone else’s post that was worded differently, so I didn’t see it when I searched. I went to Elementor Settings, Features and marked inline fonts icons to inactive. Everything is fine now.

In reply to: [Plum] Change Background and Font of Drop Down MenuAfter much persistence, I finally found the answer to my question, thanks to another poster: SandpiperGFX (@wladamscarr).
If you copy and paste her coding, be sure to check it for mysterious colored dots that appeared when I placed the code in the Customizer. Once those were deleted, her CSS worked.
By the way, Inkhive seems to be totally non-responsive.
