I resolved part of my issue. When adding FAQ’s to the menu I added something called FAQs Post Type Archive. I deleted this and instead, added a page I created called FAQ and used the shortcode I found in the video. This worked! Now I can’t figure out how to custom order the categories. Is this a premium feature?
