In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Avada shortcode searchI wrote a big reply with code snippets and all that jazz, but then did a very simple test and now I feel like an idiot.
The shortcodes have nothing to do with it, obviously. I’ve created a test page without using any, and it’s still unsearcheable. Which means that the search does work for posts, but not for pages.
I did “Erase and Rebuild”, it didn’t help. Is there an official way to reset the options?

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Avada shortcode searchYes, I do have it checked. I also did a few more tests and found out that your plugin seems to be allergic to [fullwidth] shortcode. At least all of the pages that cannot be found with Relevanssi start with this particular shortcode.

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Doesn't work in Avada themeThanks for the prompt reply, but the answer is no.
There’s no query_posts anywhere in the search.php, nor there are any other calls described on your site. Avada released a new version just yesterday, so it seems that your workaround needs an update too.Hey Andy,
Thank you for your hard work and terrific support!
I might have another curved ball for you, an expanding, self-rewriting dynamic instance of Gravity Forms with honeypot enabled… all inside of a modal jQuery popup. I’ll give Leading another spin once Avada team releases a theme update (as it will cause some quality “maintenance” time anyway), which will happen in a few weeks.
All the best,

In reply to: [WordPress Leads] Doesn't work if there's 2 forms on a pageThat will do, thanks. How long will you honor a multi-site license, is that a lifetime, a year term, or “till the next major release”?…

In reply to: [WordPress Leads] Doesn't work if there's 2 forms on a pageNot going to happen. There’s few interactive elements that absolutely require ajax (besides, GF is not exactly cache-friendly with ajax disabled). Both of my forms use ajax; Leads stops working only when both forms are present on a same page.
What if I populate “IDs or Classes of forms to track” with IDs of both forms, would it be of any help?

In reply to: [Off Page SEO] Running it off siteKinda bug report.
If there’s an empty line under “Rank reporter” in Settings, the next scheduled check will be on 0 Unix time 🙂
(actually scheduler seems to be defaulting to 0 Unix time a lot)
Oh, and one more thing. “Search depth” would be more descriptive than “Search volume”. IMO.

In reply to: [Off Page SEO] Running it off siteWP Crontrol or a similar plugin can take care of the “cron” event. But what exactly is a guest blogging network in this case?

In reply to: [Clef Two-Factor Authentication] The Owls are Not What They SeemJesse, thanks for the prompt reply. Got it on #2.
In regards to the login window styling, I’d love to see some customization options, like completely disabling everything but Clef. For example, my 11″ Macbook Air doesn’t have much of a screen real estate, and to get to Clef I have to actually scroll down, as WP logo totally dominates my login form. I know I can do it with CSS, but there’s no built in way to do it with Clef.
PS: I like your personal blog 🙂
Sure. In short: devs admitted that it’s a known issue, promised to fix it within 2 or 3 weeks.
Thanks for the prompt reply Jordy! I just did what you suggested… Then did a bulk generate in Retina 2X and flushed the cache. Nope, we’re still serving 2048px photos to low res users.
Off I go to bother Avada devs…

In reply to: PHP error notice when updating plug-ins since 3.7 updateOn WP 3.7.* some of my sites (same host, same config, different IPs) had this problem, and some hadn’t. But after a 3.8 update, I see this error on every single one of them.

In reply to: PHP error notice when updating plug-ins since 3.7 updateServer-specific? Don’t think so. I am using a dedicated server which I also manage myself. The problem started right after the 3.7 update, and around this time I haven’t changed anything in my server configuration.
I get “/wp-includes/update.php on line 259” and “/wp-includes/update.php on line 399” warnings every time any plugin has been updated.
And since 3.7 is the version where devs introduced “automatic updates” feature, I double doubt that this update-related problem has anything to do with the server.
