Sure, for example:
when i use this feed link:
http://ftr.fivefilters.org/makefulltextfeed.php?url=sec%3A%2F%2Fnews.google.com%2Frss%2Fsearch%3Fgl%3DBR%26hl%3Dpt-BR%26ceid%3DBR%3Apt-419%26q%3Dalimentacao&max=3&links=remove&exc=1&submit=Create+Feed

I receive the error messagem: “[unable to retrieve full-text content]”

And i checked out it happens when i try to access the same link decoded:

http://ftr.fivefilters.org/makefulltextfeed.php?url=sec://news.google.com/rss/search?gl=BR&hl=pt-BR&ceid=BR:pt-419&q=alimentacao&max=3&links=remove&exc=1&submit=Create+Feed

So the plugin should have some way to read the first link instead of the second onde.
I dont know if i was clear, but i hope so.
