I’m getting the same thing, with Firefox 43 on a Mac. Uploads work fine in Safari and Chrome but with Firefox I can only upload small images – about 500k or less. With large uploads it hangs for a while then reports “http error”.
In the error log I see: “(70007)The timeout specified has expired: mod_fcgid: can’t get data from http client”
