Update: I figured out how to replicate the problem… Put an emoji in the “submit” field!
No errors are logged in the debug log.

Ok, so the problem was caused by the “redirection” plugin.
After deactivating it and clearing my cashe (thanks for the tip!) it returned to normal. I then deleted all of the plugins’ settings, re-added my 301 redirections and… it works! Very weird :-/
I figured it out!
I moved the carousel to just under, <div id=”content”>, and it lined up perfectly with the rest of the page while keeping it’s own style (The CSS seemed to get disrupted if I posted it lower)
