In the Customize tab, the options appear on the sidebar with the menus, but the preview is displayed without the website content. Hence I am unable to change any settings on the homepage.
My website used the theme Eleganto PROVersion: 1.6.0 By Themes4WP.
The plugin is Kirki Customizer Framework Version 4.1.1Â

Thanks for your message, yes, as admin I have access to the wp nav bar on the top of the page.
But this is disabled for non-admin users.
Similar to a Sign in page/link (https://indofrenchhub.com/member-login/), is there a standard link for Log Out?

Yes, the price is being correctly communicated from woocommerce products page. But not being properly displayed on the browser.
Have noticed the website’s top menu also disappears when the course page is opened. Screenshots for your ref:

Primary author can be either an admin or an instructor whoever creates and publishes the course…
So am trying to change the Primary author to another admin.
But it still shows the older name.
Need a workaround for this, please. We cannot accept this to be unchangeable especially since the drop-down list shows up.

I re-read the instructions and now understood that the Custom Fields have to be ‘created‘ by the admin. Was given to understand that the amount, description etc were auto-generated.
Having resolved that, my next questions are:
1. How can the Razorpay button on the website be linked to one of the existing Payment Page which has already been created previously?
2. How can we receive payment from an international user (Kuwait)? We sent the RazorPage URL to her, but she reported was not able to transfer through that.

Right, so let’s leave the commissions part out for now.
I am facing the same issue reported by @gyane
1. I can not change the name of the instructor from the course page. Drop-down shows multiple user names but upon changing there is no effect. Always showing older name. Seems this is a bug.
As admin, I have created and edited the course details, but I am not the Course Instructor. Please assist how this can be changed or edited so that the course details shows the Instructors name and not mine (admin).

Having said, that the Visual Editor does show the Crossword icon.
But since also use SiteOrigin Page Builder, it may be causing a conflict that prevents it to appear on the Toolbar.

Is there another field to insert the correct Instructor so that it is correctly displayed with their profile.
