And in file templates/menu-standard.php line 3, should use
if ( empty( $menu_post ) )
instead of
if ( ! $menu_post )

1. I am also using Yoast SEO plugin and this plugin and everything is ok. You can see my screenshot.
2. Maybe you haven’t install Meta Box plugin, my plugin require that plugin.
3. If you still get errors, can you show your screenshot?
