We have a site hosted on DigitalOcean and do NOT have admin access…can someone please advise how to re-enable styling for our theme and prevent this bogus redirect to wordpress.com (should be ww.wp.xz.cn)?

We are experiencing the same issue (WP.org app hosted on Digital Ocean) but cannot access the WP.org login page to re-install updates from WP admin panel.
Digital Ocean server (droplet) access is available, but not to the WP dashboard.
Can the problem be fixed without WP access?
